Eligibility Criteria for IDBI Recruitment in 2022
Qualifications for job: A applicant must be a Graduate in any discipline from a University recognised by the Government of India OR have an equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government to apply for the positions. Only passing a diploma course will not qualify you for the eligibility criterion.
Age Limit
IDBI Executives must be between the ages of 20 and 25, whereas IDBI Bank PGDBF 2022-23 (Assistant Managers) must be between the ages of 21 and 28. The most important date for calculating age is 1.4.2022. Age relaxation will be granted in accordance with government regulations.
The OBC group received a three-year age relaxation, while SC/ST candidates received a five-year age relaxation. Other categories, such as EWS, ESM, and PwD, may be eligible for age relaxation under the rules. For more information, see the official announcement PDF linked below.

Executives on Contract:
- Rs.29,000/- a month in the first year,
- Rs.31,000/- in the second year,
- Rs.34,000/- in the third year of service

Selection Process for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2022
- Executive (on contract): The selection procedure will include an online test (OT), document verification (DV), and a pre-employment medical examination (PRMT).
- Admission to IDBI Bank PGDBF 2022-23 for absorption as Assistant Manager, Grade “A”: the selection process will include OT, DV, PI, and PRMT.

The online written test, document verification, personal interview, and medical examination are all part of the IDBI PGDBF 2022-23 selection procedure for absorption as Assistant Manager, Grade ‘A’. The following is the format of the online written test:
